Lady Gaga x Dom Pérignon


Retail Experience
Random Studio was invited by Dom Pérignon and Lady Gaga to design and build the scenography for a series of pop-up retail spaces in London, Berlin, Madrid and Tokyo (here at KaDeWE Berlin). How can the surreal and distorted digital world be transferred into real life? 

Furniture, objects and materials were first digitally deformed and transformed with Lady Gaga's wild energy. Formal references to the Palace of Versailles (in reference to the corresponding music video) inflate and contract in a reduced manner. contract. Frozen in the phyisical, the Glitch Palace fuses the wild energy of Lady Gaga with the elegance of Dom Pérignon.
